Emily Silva

Emily is an associate in MSR’s commercial litigation and insurance groups. Before joining MSR, Emily was a summer associate at a well regarded New Jersey criminal and regulatory defense firm, where she handled a wide range of matters. During her 1L summer Emily worked at a civil defense firm in Nashville, Tennessee representing insurance companies in medical malpractice and healthcare liability cases.

Emily received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame, where she developed a strong foundation in constitutional law and trial advocacy. During her time at Notre Dame Emily was certified as a student mediator with Notre Dame’s mediation clinic, where she successfully helped resolve a wide range of matters.
